That which I posted about previously is actually very similar to something I dug up months ago in relation to a bug SmartBall was having on his server with some kind of recieve Bunch error. I think the old U engine netcode just has a lack of error-correction for these types of issues when they do happen.

You might want to include a very detailed report about what was on screen just before the crash. Anything to generate a picture just before things go bad. I doubt it would help anyway further, but at least it will set up a known situation in which the error always most likely occurs during gameplay.
