maybe people using the beta version r getting it earlier then...it was an update thing, but it was a whole new install, all 9 MB of it..

Why the h*ll should you want to use webcam? Webcams are the biggest spyware ever. Hardware-based spyware where you have to pay for. Yuck!

....actually, i was anting to show my friend the intro to final fantasy x-2 cause he keps telling me the ps2 graphix suck, so i wanted to use the webcam to show it.
