The radeon is a tad too weak for nowadays, the GeForce should be somewhat all right despite its age.

Does he have onbroad cam + speakers and
is het germany keyboard! maybe a silly question?
Because i have also a germany laptop that i bought
from my friend and i can't get use to the germany keyboard
?

Onboard speaker: yes, too, but honestly they don't sound too good. I recommend headphones or a decent stereo to be connected to it. The soundchip is a HD Realtek so that works well.
Keyboard is German yes. But if that is the problem with your current laptop, you do know you can just connect a normal USB keyboard to them? At my work office, everybody with a mobile uses an extra keyboard with the laptop because it is also much more ergonomic when you type a lot.

I have like i said also Germany keyboard and i can't get use to it
after few months trying pfff ...
I hope that yours was not to be honest with you mate.
