}TCP{Servers Ping tops for me

As you know, I don't wander much (at all 
) from our home servers but last night I was curious about my ping, which has improved somewhat since my ISP replaced a short bit of wire outside the house :pchammer: . I set out to find the lowest pinging server for me that I could find ...
So I installed TAM (yeps I have never actually installed it before
) to get the TAM servers listed in UT2004 and joined several servers which the list indicated were the lowest for me.
My thinking was that my ping would probably be even lower on a UK server than the excellent 24 or 28 (even 20 on occasion) I now get on our }TCP{ Dutch servers :hurray: .... but no server pinged better for me than ours do ! The best UK server that I visited varied from 28 to 32 last night, and it was an empty server and quite late, which is when I would expect the best pings.
