We are a Network Service Company which is the domain name registration center in Shanghai, China. On August 2, 2012, we received an application from Henghua company requested "tcpclan" as their internet keyword and China (CN) domain names. But after checking it, we find this name conflict with your company name or trademark. In order to deal with this matter better, it's necessary to send email to you and confirm whether this company is your distributor or business partner in China?

Must be impossible in china to type in www.tcpclan.net and see that YES this is a Damn company and we will sue yo ass !!

I wonder if that TCP company is related to the company that guarded my local Sainsburys Supermarket car park several years ago ... the guards all had TCP on their jackets but they wouldn't give a jacket to me when I asked
