I really don't have any need for one Van, it would just be a big and unnecesary drain on my finances
I know that one might be useful if, for example, I was stranded in the middle of the Yorkshire Moors miles from anywhere in the middle of winter ... but as this will never happen I am much happier getting on with whatever I am doing without the annoyance of interruptions that often plague them

It was my generation (and the previous generation in the guise of Star Trek) that invented the pesky things ... as it is I am over the moon with the internet which still amazes me with its usefulness, and I am getting to grips with mapping the world in openstreetmaps with my new gamin gps box of magic, so I am no technophobe ... it's just mobile phones that I have no actual real use for

mine is on the desk.... battery is empty for 6 month... have it for 1,5 year and used it maybe 10 times...
phone kills.... and i dont like it.
at my work im loads on phone but thats work.
nope maybe over ten years...
btw ... a phone is like a watch.... i dont have it either...
