Really looks like an excellent conversion, especially the scaling seems to have been hit on the mark.

Ah ... that "word" is not in common usage in my circles (maybe it's an americanism ?)... the closest is to have a word with someone which means to warn someone off

Could be.
On the map, Great job!!! From the pics, all looks very nice indeed. I will DL it now, and examine it under the editor microscope, but I know from your work b-4, that there is nothing there to say anything negitive about. Frank

As I had thought....
Reject, you have to stop makeing the same mistakes all over again....
THAT THERE IS NONE!!!
GREAT JOB!!!
I do not see much differance in this map, and the original, just that this one looks better.
As always, you have gone into detail, and even made the reflection in the "slim pool" the same as the environment. You really are a professional map maker.
The bot paths look good from the editor, so I did not try a bot out "in-game". I am sure this will be a very enjoyable map. Thank-you Reject. Frank

Background: I've only played Unreal(Gold) for about an hour, but Taz was my Unreal consultant, and the one who suggested it to me.

I had never done a remake, so it was interesting. I found the map very inspiring, so working on it was mostly a pleasure (except for the numerous brush crashes).
Scale: I tried scaling it up by a factor of two first, but that felt really heavy on movement psychologically. I think I settled on scaling it up by 1.5.
Pool: Reflective pools are tedious/boring to make, but worth it given the reward in the result.

This pool was layered with another texture which I think I found from ONS-Dawn.
..and lol I'm not a pro mapper, but thanks for the praise.
Any suggestions for adren/minihealth item placement? Other stuff?

The map played very well last night, feels right and looks very nice too ... it will become a regular pick for me (in TAM

)
