Lol ... there was also a plan some years ago to get fast internet connection through your electricity supply (along the electric wiring), they just needed to perfect the filter at sub stations that interphased with the telephone wires and net .... not sure what happened with that plan or exactly when it was announced

Hi!
Well, that probably was something similar to today's Powerline LAN networks that indeed uses the electricity wiring at home.

My Daughter uses the Power Line Net, and it works good, I guess.
Does anyone have this "Free" internet from Google, yet?
I have not read it, but I will wait until someone has it, and reports the bugs.

Hi Frank!
Better check the installation instructions there. And in case you're still unsure after that, just check the date.

OK, I read it, and installed it. After about 40 minutes, I was "on-Line". We only had one problem. WHen the guy went to connect the other side, the cable was a bit short, so we had to use another Pipe, and it worked.
Where do you guys find these things?

Hi!
Hehe, to be honest, Carhith came up with this. I had a good laugh, so I tought "why not post it on the forum"?
It's a pity that the cable was too short though...
