I've been having problems with my upstream lately. As a possible source of these problems I had to shut down my teamspeak server.

Update:
The source of my upstream problems has been located. It's a defective chipset on the motherboard of one of my pc's.
Do I need to restart the teamspeak server??

yes I realise that my absence from UT has become longer than the few months I originally anticipated...
