Mouse balancing anyone?

I was browsing the internets and i stumbled upon this game

Its kinda like the blue and red squares one but its still fun
i only got to 28 seconds
show me how much time you can last

Hi!
I took a look at it but don't understand what to do. I'm dead as soon as the game starts as the mouse falls off immediately and there's nothing to do against it...

its too easy, the pilot-training-thingy was more intreresting
.
after some (poor) balancing, i've decided to leave the cursor fall to its death -.-

Well than i gess this game is not to see who has better balance skills but to see wich one has more patience or is more bored
