try to put all setting to the lowest and minimize it and max it again, check out if you still get disconnected.

Hi Nosh!

Do you press Alt+Tab to switch to the desktop? Maybe, you press Tab without Alt for a short time. If I press Tab only (it opens the server stats), I get kicked for an unallowed action. Don't know what's wrong about opening the server stats, but AntiTCC does this.

This is the only thing I can think of at the moment.

Coco.

I don't have this problem either. UT2k4 keeps running happily in background if minimized (however muted).

I did, however, unbind my F2 key because of AntiTCC...

Some of these "unallowed keyevents" might be related to keys that are intercepted outside the game. For example, if you are listening to mp3s during the game and have a key set to make your player switch songs, it might happen that you get kicked because the keyevent was created but it was not addressed to ut2k4... just guessing though...

Good point. Sometimes, we forget that the computer is really, Only one computer. :)
