i dont know what exacly you need, i have these two made yet..
if they work then i can make more like this.
i think you need .bmp files?

these one are .bmp but the background is visible, when i make the background invisible the filetype becomes either .gif or .png i think...

I got the logo's added to the servers and i went with Skaarj's pics because they came out most clear with the black background and white text

I think we could have 4 versions of logo's
Perhaps 2 for ONS with an ons theme or such and perhaps 2 for the TAM

But the key is they need to be black background and white text/pictures so that it will stand out more
The ones u made did show up on the ESC screen but where barely visable next to the scores
