UT2k4-Map-Pack

maps: DM-TCP-SubSurface, DM-TCP-Deck16-Classic, DM-TCP-SacredV2-Classic, DM-TCP-Sinfonia-Classic
this package include my favourite Unreal1 maps and SubSurface i just build long time ago, nothing special but maybe fun ^^
i will work on another map pack where i almost finished 2 maps already and i will add 2 more Unreal1 maps but im not sure which one yet :p

I'll dl em and add them to the server .. although not to sure about deck and sinf since they are basicly allready on there

yea i know that we have got sinf already but i want to send this package to other server admins aswell, in the hope they add the best Unreal maps ever :p

Maybee not good tam maps, but DMGrooveMachine and DMRyan are my personal costum Unreal 1 maps. Maybee idea if u wanna convert maps for the second mappack?

deck 16 doesn't work kobra..it doesn't show in maps list..more people have this problem

If this is the case, then one or more files needed by the map are missing. A further hint for this is when there's no file called "DM-TCP-Deck16-Classic.ucl" in the game's System directory. The class file is only generated if all dependancies can be resolved. Otherwise, you'll find an appropriate entry in the UT2004.log file.
I tried it for myself now, but I do see this map in the maplist. Maybe, I got the file in question installed from another map already.
But still, there seems to be an error in the map. I first noticed it when I tried to use the portal that gets you to the Redeemer. Every time I go through there, I die. After playing, I checked my UT2004.log file and there were many messages like these:

Maybe, you should take a look at this again, Kobra. Just check your own UT2004.log file!

thats no teleporter in Deck16 classic coco, its something like a lazer which kills you on purpose

and about the warnings.. as far as i can see they are not really important, the liftcenter problem will only affect on bots maybe and the xpawn error must be something to do with the laser downstairs which kills you but not sure what the bioglob error is...

i downloaded it and immediatly installed all 4 files..which were 4 map files..the rar did not contain anything else..

Hehe, ok, that would explain it. I only know the UT 1 version of Deck16 and there, it's a portal.
But still, those who don't see the map in their map list should take a look at the UT2004.log file in the System folder. I'm pretty sure that there will be a missing file that's needed by the Deck16 map.
