New Team evening command !!

Installed the new teambalancer on the ONS server
The new mutator i tried for the teambalancing didn't realy work the way i had hoped .. so we are back to "teams" again now

Ah OK. So old "teams" doesn't wokr if I understood this well.

Too bad I kinda liked 'teams'. Now there's another thing to remember and it's already difficult for my peabrain.

One is which you never hear the "teams" meassage anymore.
That was annoying.

are the teams balanced by last player or worsed

It is now set up to use the last player who joined
