Made an arena hope you peeps like it.
Havent named it like the subject says havent got an name for it well
Maybe Frank or Furious can send me some TCP textures!
Anyways Angeloid once said it's never finished and he's right .....

map started as lms now it should be a normal dm if you clicker de click it
has an better both path, changed the water, added some static meshes and some other stuff..
now I want to add an teleport from base floor to the top floor.
what do you people think about nameing it TCP's_arena?

can't see any posten screenshots on the board
anyway i think ure talking about the dead hallway on the basefloor
in first place it was sort of an trap door (hallway)

now that's the place where an teleporter has to be build to the top floor
or just remove the door.

only would suggest to change the skybox and change the forcedpath of the jumppad.
and dont change the dead end, they can be fun

Nice to see you back in action man. I downloaded it and will check it out in a few. From the screenies, it looks great. If I can be of any help, just ask. Which textures are you refering too?

OK,man. I took a detailed look at the design work, not the flow of it, not yet. The design is nice and can be played and it would be a chalenging map to play. I have a few things that could help out the looks a little better.
1. the lighting:
a. you did a good job on placeing the lights on a light source. Now if you want it to look like a real light, it has to have a few more shadows. From a light source, make a white light and set its radius to a low number like 8, and set its brightness up high, like 200. make a second light and set its color. Now you have to play with its radius and brightness a little. A third light could also be brought in with a higher radius and a higher brightness.
b. The light cones are a good effect. But there is no light coming from the light itself.
c. I really like the red and blue lights on the posts. I would like to copy them if I may?
2. Static meshes. I noticed the beams are overlapped. You have bsp problems where they overlap. If you pick one up higher (about 1 Unreal Unit) then it should fix that.
All in all, Great map and as you said, when is it ever ready....NEVER!!!
I am still fixing Sinfonia.
I hope this helped a little bit.

thanks for the input
rebuild the skybox only used the same textures,i wanne set the sky box to rotate and need to add some skinned lights.
it helped alot now its an awfull lot of work to change all lights

wich i kinda liked
tryed to build the light you talked about then i get an over illuminaton on the light spot
with the light corona skin on brightness set to 0 and removed other lights
of course you can use the lights m8
you did an good job on sinfonia, like it there
i also have a map wich i think you have seen in an early stage dmobservatory in ]i[ textures
still have some thing to figure out the skybox etc. sounds maybe original
if someone is intrested to see or give me some input i can post it

Thanks for the comment on sinfonina.
If you are haveing trouble with the lighting, you could always leave it as it is. I was just trying to tel you that it would look more realistic with the lights built in 3 levels.
I have a question though. Why did you use volumns on your level?
I am ALWAYS interested in new maps and I would love to see it.

I got it and DLed it, I am working on mine right now but in a couple of minutes I will look at yours.
I am also courious as to why you can not see the screenies.
Could you see them b-4?
Can you see the Avitars?
