Give me some info about it. LEts see what can happen.

Well I'm married as well so I can relate to that remark perfectly

Anyway Carnage has the details. I'm waiting for him to decide something so maybe you'd better talk to him.

Ah yes... Wives and their hatred for things that only their husband can use :/
Just buy em something to smoothen the relationship again like a yacht or a diamond ring

If a server really costs 40 €, then its only as much as you'd probably spend on smokes or alcohol anyways. Only need to tell her that you drink or smoke less once you got the server, she'll be happy (or not..)

Well Cat, you could always get her interested in Unreal and get HER to invest in a good cause. It keeps the "MAN" at home and out of bars and taverns, or what ever you call the places we meet to get all blasted.
Well its a thought.

Yes, find her a hobby she can do. If shes got something other than controlling the husband, you'll be more likely to slip by the iron claw of terror :O
Just as info : The hobby should NOT be housework, women dont appreciate you saying "Honey, you got your kitchen" or something like that. Maybe Tupperware or something that involves leaving the house for long periods like meditation seminars or spiritual finding of the soul. Downside of those things are, that she'll try to convert you too then, just play along :O

Okay... who moved this to spam? I had this placed in the HELP section for a PURPOSE, because anyone thinking so weirdly about how to mis-conduct towards his wife definitely needs some serious help!

I would give the wife the exact same advice, just with different items :/
But somehow this got split off the thread, even though I originally was quite on topic by trying to answer the simple question "How do I pay for an ut2k4 server". Might be possible that somebody did interpret it wrongly, but it still was an honest effort to help others to create possibilites. Should the advice even help only one person, we could have one more ut2k4 server to play on. That was my simple statement in regards of excluding this portion of the thread into the help/spam section.
There are far worse posts in threads, which could've been removed (hint : one of em is still active in General).
The only thing that happened now is, that it killed the whole focus which was on the ut2k4 thread before. Now nobody gives a shit about it anymore
