Oh right the pyro, medic, sniper and spy are not done yet because valve wants to ensure they got good quality.
The pyro however was made by some fan in newgrounds and its also in youtube just search "meet the pyro" and you will find it.

@Lizard man: I played TFC before I started playing UT'99.
Never seen TF2 though.

Zomg! Funny o.O Btw I don't like posting direct videos in topic, because they consume my transfer speed - they're all loading at the same time
And also they make PC slower until the tab will be closed
