Having only played Wing Commander 1 20million yrs ago and Wing Commander Prophecy, its simple to say that the game lacked a bit in the gameplay department. I prefer games which let you do more and are less story imprisoned like Elite or Freelancer or even the old Privateer, which was kinda good.
For a storyline theres nothing better than an RPG. Granted new games dont bother with that anymore, they go the way of Hollywood movies and keep throwing the same stuff at you all the time, never really taking off. But older games (those ad&d games owned) and those Japanese ones still kick ass in that department.
About the Soul Reaver games..I also tried 1 or 2 once, but they're either not made to be played on PCs or me just didnt like
Those damn horrible cameras in these kinda games always pisses me off. The same for Rayman and all the other damn 3D platformers.
But if you like vampires, you could try Bloodrayne which I actually did like for some odd reason, even though the controls were shitty and it was sooo repetative.
Naw, Soul Reaver or any Legacy of Kain games aren't meant for PC, lol. I play em on PS2.
I own BloodRayne and I just bought the second one

No, i mean that was the prefix of the legacy of kain games...at least on the PC versions of legacy of kain 1...truth to tell, i don't much remember the old versions of LOK1, i downloaded it for PC 'bout a year ago...
For vampires? The Buffy game (Chaos Bleeds) is cool, but only really great if your a fan of the show...
Ow and i used to love the spyro games...I played thru 1 and 2 from start to finish, unlocking all the stuff and get every last gem...

Well actually from the Tv show itself i think Willow is hotter (the red-haired one)...Buffy looks nicer on the episode where she gets turned into a vampire...which is....disturbing...

Oh right, well no she doesn't die. She dies once, but she gets resurected...She also almost dies at the end of season 1 but xander revives her...

There's only so much one can say about it that everyone here will understand...I could go on about how that movie of it they showcased at this year's E3, about how it wasn't pre-rendered and was being updated in real-time...But honestly, how many of you actually know what the hell i'm talking about?
