but why. i love games like metroid and castlevania and megaman. they rock. with adjustment, they can be just as fun as 3d games.

Just because you love bearded Italian plummers doesnt mean, that Sega was crap..In fact the Mega Drive (Genesis, you Yanks
) had some cool games like SOR or Sonic, while the SNES only had good rpgs :l

not forgetting wonderboy, castlevania, phantasy star, the origional beta of command and conquer, the technology of sonic and knuckles...
and the master system....oooooo.....great. the origional ninja gaiden (not the shitty xbox remake) is one of my favourites, And all the traditional RPGs that took weeks to complete...might and magic...phantasia...
