made no difference to me when i changed it :| have you done much tweaking of your ini files coco? or is it pretty much standard setup?

I haven't tweaked really much. I'll see if I can change it by altering some graphics options. But I'm extremely busy atm, so I got no idea when I get to do this. I'll report here when I'm done.

Other than this, I also have the problem that I can't play the game in 16:9 resolution without having everything stretched horizontally. I've tried everything I could think of (like FOV changing, etc.), but nothing helped. It must be something in the drivers, I suppose, but I'm just using the ordinary ATI ones. However, since one can't change that much in the drivers these days (especially not per application like in the nVidia drivers), there's not really much I can do. I've tried it all already, without success.

Anyway, I'm going to set up a completely new system as soon as I got more time again. Maybe all the problems are gone then. ;-)

Did a little looksie for myself at tha fading thing and it would seem it is the lighting
It goes dark for me too when i start to look down at the floor with the logo in sight.

I like it, it's very well thought out and creative, although confusing at first but you get used to it. I also got the "vanishing" effect of the logo, like Coco :p

I told you ingame what I thought Nightman :)

I think that peeps who have good movement skills and those who like stealthy kills will love it. It is indeed well thought out.

I struggle with double jumps though (never liked that feature in UT2k4, it just doesn't feel real, too much like ballet :P). I prefer fewer height levels (guess I am still in the original DOOM mode :P) and it feels a bit claustrophobic to me, too many places where someone can hide then come at me with a blob   .

I get the up/down angle fading logo too, not sure if it fades when I get closer like in the video though. Amazing quality video taken on a camera Coco :)

Well, I have looked at it several times in the editor, and, to tell you the truth, I am a bit skeptical about the map itself. I would and could, help you with the problem, if there was a wall to see in the editor. It seems that this map was "copied and pasted" at some point in time, and that this wall is embedded in the "pasted" version.

Nightman, it seems to be a very nice level, and if I could get the background on it, Maybe I could help out? Frank
