That is what Taz and me did in our first CB cup. Altho we as a team didn't had a single tactic, both Taz and me *used* our other teammates as bait while either sniping from a distance or assisting the bait from mid-range. It's just something we did automatically and is usually the way I normally play on public etc aswell.Wigglebottom wrote:The idea is that the dummy will be sort of a warning becon. And yes , I am a dummy. love to run into crowds for some reason ^^' glad i'm not the only one to think this might work.

I hope it helps ^^ , it looks good on paper, just hope the opponent moves in groups of 2 or more *wiggle* Keep in mind not to charge before your teammate knows your gonna *wiggle* Otherwise he might end up shooting teammates allot ^^;
i'm also working on a new grendelkeep tactic wich you might like Carnage.
Its a lure/defence tactic. Just need party to have a look at it. He's allot better with the tactical positions and routes for escaping. *wiggle* Already made the screens, just need to write on them and paint over it, but I think they will be ready this weakend. If not than the one after that.
Ferthermore i am working out a way to move as 1 unit. this is going to be tricky for 1 serprise attack will wipe out the entire team. (especialy a serprise shock combo attack ( kinda sounds like a final attack from some anime ^^; *wiggle*)) The main idea is that there is 1 scout ahaid of the team. he makes sure the team won't walk into a trap. the rest will cover eachothers flank moving in a triangle shape. With some good communication you can let each other know if the group is going to be attacked, and from what side. *Wiggle*
If the group gets attacked the scout can try to plan an attack from a different angle. if the scout gets targeted the group can spit up and surround the danger area *Wiggle*
This tactic is probebly only usefull in a map that has 1 or 2 floors, or one where the other floors are easy to excess. maby the tactic won't be usefull at all *Wiggle* We'll find out if its ever going to be tried. The hardest part in most tactics is probebly going to be communication. I know it might sound a bit strange but when using tactics everyone has to know whats happening. and even the smallest bit of miscommunication can be the difference betwean life and death *Wiggle* Little example :
telling your teammates the enamy went around the cornor will be useless if they dont know wich cornor your talking about.
i dont realy know if there is an easy way to name spots in maps, so if there is this warning was compleatly useless *Wiggle*
I know i wanted to tell ya all a little more but i dont know what it was i wanted to say so i'll just...
