i have just sent out a email requesting the availability for renting the following villa from 11 till 15 october 2008:

i know its already in 2 months, but most clans proposed this time as its in a public NL holliday
The costs are very depending on how many poeple are coming, but this is as much reduced as possible, think about 10-20 euros, its only to hire the building
Many poeple already signed up for the event so this afternoon ill be meeting with several clan leaders in utrecht centraal (place in NL) to disccus what to do next and set up an entire plan
be patient, more details are following very soon!!

It's kinda the first (or second :p) thing you think about, but I'll still mention it...
Have you thought about switches/routers/modes/WiFi etc etc already?
if possible, let some ppl bring a gig switch (10/100/1000) =)
cause 10/100 might be a little slowish*
Personally I'd like to see 1 or 2 extra pc's that'll be used for DHCP so we all can get an IP, the other one can be used for dedicated-ut-server. or just both things on 1 pc. this way no one can get shouted to 'you win cause you are a 0 ping hoster'
