It's a little off-topic but I'll say it anyway

it's about the printscreen/snapshot stuff..
here is a usefull program which takes snapshots of either the full screen or just the active window. It also has the option to upload the taken picture to your(/some) ftp if you'd want that. Delay-capturing and more...

a few notes:
- It's made by 'Jorijn Schrijvershof' and currently he's working on a new version.
- You need .NET Framework 2.0 in order to make it work
- It's free
- For the really curious ones..its written in C#

I didnt know how to send either but thx to steam buddys i knew in time to send it
you use ctrl + print screen than copy it to somethin like paint or whatever, save and then add as attachment

Very easy. Simply write your message and when you're done with the text, click the black button labelled Add an Attachment below your text editing box (it's right above Preview and Submit). After clicking that button, the page will reload and you will find two new elements below the button you just clicked. One is a file selection button to select the screenshot file from your harddrive and the second one is another text box where you can enter a file comment (that's just optional, you can leave it out). Simply select your screenshot file and click the Preview button afterwards. The screenshot will then be uploaded to the forum, which can take some seconds of time. Simply wait and don't do anything. When it's done, you will get a preview of your message, including your screenshot attached at the end. If everything's alright, just click Submit and the message will be posted.
