Well, when pressing the Play button in the video above, I just get the following message (translated from German into English):
This video contains content from Domino Records. It's not available from your country.
It's the fault of the damn German GEMA (Gesellschaft für musikalische Aufführungs- und mechanische Vervielfältigungsrechte). In Germany, every institution broadcasting music via any available media has to pay the GEMA for it. The GEMA then pays a part of it to the musicians who made the music, but of course keeps a good portion for themselves. They're hunting down every free source for copyrighted music. For example, every German radio station (also internet radio), regardless if private or commercial, has to pay the GEMA or will be reported and has to face the consequences of the law.

Since Google doesn't pay the GEMA, they force Google to perform IP checks on those requesting music videos from Youtube. If the IP is from a German provider, the video won't play and you'll get a message like the one above instead. :-P Therefore, most of the music videos on Youtube won't play for German watchers. :-(

Here's a link to the English Wiki page of the GEMA (forum can't handle it, so you'll have to copy & paste):

Well, people don't like it, of course, but it's enforced by the law and in the end it's all about money. And you know, whenever money is involved and they have the law on their side, you can practically do nothing about it. In the end, it's especially good for the musicians, which I appreciate of course, but I dislike the methods the GEMA uses and I don't like that they're making their own business out of it.

megavideo.com won't be any better, I'm afraid. They'll have to restrict access from Germany just as Youtube does.
