maybe it does dunno lol but i had ping 20 after i changed the cpu cooler

Still, hardware upgrade like a cpu cooler shouldn't change your ping, ping/packet loss is related to your internet connection.

Lol at 30C temperature. Like it matters what the temperature is of your CPU when it is idle. Go stress it and look at its temperature then. That is the temperature that matters. Not idle.

And yeah, ping problems has nothing to do with your CPU either. Its either your network card or ISP related. Off course there could have been a program running that was throttling ur internet connection (porn downloads etc).

I found the windowed(!) version on Pixmania for 132 euros. =D
