Lost in work!!!

Post by }TCP{Snowbird »

Hey guys. I know you know the old story, but I want to bring it up again, before I coem play some.

Work is killing me at work. One of our drivers has been sick for 4 weeks now, and will be out for god knows how long. I was going to take vacation 2 weeks ago, to get some of my work done around here, but with him out, I can't get any. (vacation, that is, :P )

I have just started to renevate the bathroom upstairs, and have a few more things to do. I am booked out until Christmas next year.

Anyone want to come and throw a few grandes at my house door?!? Or shoot me-self with a load of ASMD ammo?

I am really getting stressed out, and do want to play with you all, but my life is just not the way it used to be.

Bear with me guys and girls. Maybe in 2 years, I can finally relax and kill you all again in a good game of Sinfonia.

Just thinking of you all. Frank

P.S.

To all mappers, ignore this post, and send me what you got. My brain is still working, and I can look around corners that you may not see. ;)

Take it easy.

You know, everything has an end (except maybe mine belly) and this busy phase will eventually fade out.

I will be myself sort of busy for the next 2 months but I will come back to UT ASAP.

See you all in the arena!

It's a shame life refuses to get balanced for you at the moment Frank, guess it goes that way sometimes .. but try and elbow some free time for yourself soon m8 ... work work work is no good for anyone if it goes on for too long without respite (unless you really love what you do, that is).

too bad work keeps creeping up on ya. hoped ya have some time to discuss some idea's i have but i will wait with it *Wiggle* dont want to stress ya with allot of strange idea's for maps, but i will try to mail ya about any progress (once i get things working the way i want them *Wiggle* ) mostly just trying stuff to see what it does and how it can be used :P

must be very anoying that you had to give up the free time you had planned, but i hope you will get your well deserved rest soon. *Wiggle* christmass comes closer with every passing day so lets hope there will be some very long hollydays with loads of free time ^^ they should make a special vacation for mappers :P *Wiggle* Mappers hollyday of bugs and testing.

hope to hear from you soon,
Wigglebottom

PS. i am working on something you will like. i might not be able to bend emitters to my will but the triggers are finaly willing to do most of what i want them to do *wiggle* hope i will be able to show you somewhere this weekend.
Hello. Would you like to come help me in a side-plot that has seemingly no relation to your main quest at all?

Thanks for the replies, and the nice flowers.

I do enjoy my work, and working with my hands. It is just getting to be too much ATM.

Me and my son-in-law were up until 1:30 in the morning trying to fix the sewer pipes in the cellar next door. We both were exhausted yesterday, but it was worth it.

I am still here, and can help you out with maps. I would actually enjoy it, to get my mind off of the others things around here.

Thanks guys, and I really do hope to have some free time soon. I tried to play the other day, and I felt like I played for the first time in my life. I could not aim, dodge, shot or concentrate. Some of you saw me, and saw that I just do not have what it takes to play anymore. I will refrain from playing on-line, until I have a bit more time to practice first. Thanks for believeing in me and being my friends. Frank
