this is in Team fortress 2
the guy with the knife is a spy and was disguised as an enemy
the enemy medic was healing him
he put the spray saying "FYI i am a spy"
the rest you know already

I had so much fun playing Halflife Team Fortress...
I mostly played a HW Guy - slow, but lots of hit points.

my fav char is the pyro in tf2 and the medic in tfc
you just gotta love the way they slowly die after you ignite\poison them
